I've been part of the team since October 2025.
What are your main responsibilities or areas of expertise?
My main responsibilities involve client acquisition—covering the entire process: from the initial contact through the setup phase to closing the deal and the subsequent long-term client support.
What have you done before (vocational training, college, previous positions)?
My path to 1000FTAD has been anything but straightforward—and that’s exactly what makes it interesting. I originally came from a background in the trades; I earned a technical college entrance qualification and a business administration certificate, and subsequently worked in sales in a different industry. This combination of down-to-earthness and sales experience continues to shape how I interact with customers to this day.
What brought you here?
I joined the company through a good friend—sometimes personal recommendations are the ones you can trust the most.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
It’s clear: the people. I enjoy both working with customers and interacting with my colleagues every day. The varied tasks and the dynamic nature of sales ensure that no two days are alike—and that’s exactly what keeps me motivated time and time again.
What sets your work style apart?
I am very people-oriented, flexible, and open to working with people of different personalities. My direct and spontaneous nature allows me to quickly build rapport with clients—at the same time, I am goal-oriented and solution-focused. Even in stressful situations, I stay focused and don’t lose my composure easily.
What motivates you at work?
What motivates me most is interacting with people, the sense of accomplishment, and the daily variety in sales. I like challenges—and a team that works together to get things done.
How would you describe yourself in three words?
Ambitious, spontaneous, and strong
What do you like to do in your free time?
In my free time, I go to the gym regularly—exercise is an important way for me to unwind from my workday. I’m also passionate about traveling and spend a lot of time on the road discovering new places and cultures.
Do you have a special talent or an interesting trait?
Adaptability. I adapt quickly to new situations and people—almost like a chameleon. This ability helps me not only in sales but also in everyday life: I remain flexible and open-minded, and I quickly find my bearings in a wide variety of environments.
What's your favorite quote or life motto?
“What goes around comes back around.” – A principle that guides me every day.
A fun fact about you?
Sometimes I adapt to situations faster than I even realize—and then I realize that I’ve already settled in long before I’ve even thought about it 🙂
