Trading on the foreign exchange and financial markets involves significant risks. Market movements can lead to substantial losses within a short period of time. In leveraged transactions, even small price movements can have a disproportionately large impact on the capital invested. A partial or total loss of the capital used for trading cannot be ruled out. Whether additional obligations or margin calls exist or are excluded depends exclusively on the terms and conditions of the respective account, trading, and product provider.
Invest only capital that you can afford to lose, either in part or in full, without jeopardizing your ongoing obligations or your financial security.
Risks of Automated Trading Strategies
The software provided by 1000FTAD AG can automatically support or execute trading decisions based on predefined strategies, parameters, and risk settings. The use of automated trading software does not eliminate the risks associated with trading.
In particular, market, price, currency, liquidity, concentration, correlation, execution, counterparty, model, parameter, and technology risks may arise. Positions may be executed at different prices, with a delay, only partially, or not at all. Under exceptional market conditions, price gaps, low liquidity, or sharp price fluctuations, existing risk limits may not be executed at all or may not be executed at the intended price.
Technical malfunctions or outages affecting Internet connections, servers, trading platforms, interfaces, data sources, brokers, or other third-party providers may also disrupt operations. Neither risk parameters nor loss limits, protective mechanisms, nor other technical measures can guarantee that losses will be avoided or limited to a specific amount.
No guarantee of profits or specific results
1000FTAD AG is under no obligation to generate a profit or to achieve a specific return, performance, or risk metric. It cannot guarantee that losses will not occur.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in the applicable license agreement, there is no entitlement to software that operates without interruption, is completely error-free, or is suitable for any specific purpose at all times.
Past performance, historical trading results, target returns, forecasts, model calculations, and simulations are not a reliable indicator of future results.
Actual results may differ significantly from those shown. Differences may arise in particular from the entry date, account size, capitalization, selected settings, leverage used, the account provider, price quotes, spreads, financing costs, fees, taxes, market liquidity, execution deviations, and deposits and withdrawals.
Display of Live, Test, and Model Data
To the extent that trading accounts, transactions, or performance data are presented on this website, each presentation must clearly indicate whether the data comes from a live account, a test or demo account, a simulation, or a model calculation.
Results from test accounts, simulations, and model calculations are not based on actual customer transactions executed under identical market conditions. In particular, they may include retrospective assumptions, simplified execution conditions, or other limitations.
Even results from actual accounts cannot be readily applied to other accounts, clients, or time periods. The presentation of a single account does not imply that other users will achieve comparable results.
To the extent that live data is updated automatically, technical delays, transmission errors, mapping errors, or temporarily incomplete displays cannot be ruled out. Please note the update status indicated in each case.
Individual strategies may require a specific minimum capital requirement and defined account conditions. If the required minimum capital is not met or if key parameters are changed, the strategy’s risk profile, operation, and results may change significantly.
The account and transaction data displayed are published without any direct personal identifiers and in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

Users and licensees are required to independently assess the associated risks before using the software and before making any financial decisions.
Before making an investment or trading decision, users should, if necessary, seek independent and appropriately qualified investment, legal, and tax advice. Use of the software does not relieve the user of his or her own duty to monitor, review, and make decisions.
Only the contracts concluded between the respective contracting parties and the binding documents of the participating account, financial services, and product providers shall apply.
