As of July 1, 2026, Urs Rindlisbacher has joined our senior leadership team as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors. Among other qualifications, he is a Swiss-certified expert in accounting and controlling and a RAB-certified audit expert with more than 25 years of experience in auditing, trust services, and international accounting.
A well-established professional career
His credentials as a federally certified expert in accounting and controlling, a federally certified trustee (FA), and a certified audit expert (RAB) reflect his long and distinguished professional career. He gained his initial professional experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers AG, where he audited domestic and international companies and assessed internal control systems (ICS).
This was followed by positions at Balmer-Etienne Treuhand AG, where his responsibilities included tax optimization and cash flow planning, and at Scout24 AG. There, he managed the interface with Beisheim Holding Schweiz AG, the parent company, was responsible for group consolidation in accordance with IFRS, and, as project manager, led the evaluation and integration of new consolidation software.
Urs Rindlisbacher has been with Auditrium AG since 2002, where he currently serves as a member of the Executive Board, a partner, and a member of the Board of Directors. His core areas of expertise include the consolidation of international corporate groups in accordance with IFRS, the drafting of corporate group manuals, the establishment of controlling structures, and serving as Group CFO on a contractual basis for a private equity group. In addition, he has helped build an international network of attorneys, tax advisors, and certified public accountants.
In addition to his work at Auditrium, he is a founding member and a member of the board of directors of several companies, including isa Internationale Standortakademie AG and LeVenues AG.
