Together with the Bamalaika project, we were able to support and help fund the construction and operation of a school in Uganda. The goal is to provide children from particularly difficult circumstances with access to education, meals, and a safe environment.
Education That Really Makes a Difference
Feedback from Uganda clearly demonstrates what has already been achieved through this support: Children from disadvantaged families are gaining access to school; regular meals such as breakfast and lunch are creating better learning conditions; and thanks to games and a positive learning environment, the children enjoy coming to class.
At the same time, financial support can ease the burden on teachers, and important teaching materials are made available to ensure a high-quality education.
Creating a Shared Vision Together
The deep gratitude shown on the ground—both by the children and their families—is particularly touching. This support helps create real opportunities and transform lives in the long term.
